Austrian Airlines is the largest carrier in Austria founded in 1957. Together with its regional branch Tyrolean Airways (Austrian Arrows), it operates regular flights of more than 130 routes. Its base is Vienna International Airport. It is a member of Star Alliance and Austrian Airlines Group. Main destinations are in Central and Eastern Europe, and Middle East. Due to the partnership with Lufthansa, the company offers routes and flights to 286 destinations all over the world. The company includes 3 partners constituting Austrian Airlines Group: Lauda Air (operates charter flights), Austrian Arrows (specialised on regional activity), Austrian (regular flights).
