ارجو من جميع المسافرين الذين يستعدون للسفر علي طيران الخليج الانتباة جيدا من تكرار شكوي بخصوص تاخير مواعيد الطيران بجانب الغاء بعض الرحلات بدون علم المسافر والاختار مسبقا .
وفي هذة الظروف قد يتضرر الراكب ربما نفسيا او مادية او عماليآ ، الخ…
انا شخصيا مرات بتجربة غير مقبولة علي الاطلاق بخصوص الغاء الشركة رحلة الطيران والاغرب من ذلك ان الشركة لم تكلف خاطرها وتعتزر عن ما حدث لي من اضرار . وشكرا

In these circumstances, the passenger may be harmed, perhaps psychologically, financially, or operationally, etc...
I personally went through a completely unacceptable experience regarding the company`s cancellation of the flight, and the strangest thing is that the company did not take any responsibility for it and apologizes for the damage that happened to me. Thank you

كانت أسوأ تجربة طيران قمت بها وأنصح بالإبتعاد عن هذه الخطوط قدر الإمكان إلا للضرورة.. فإن قام أحد بالحجز فلينتبه إلى أنهم لا يمررون كيلو جرام واحد زائدا إلا ويريدون أخذ أموال عليه.. لا سماحية متاحة.. وكن قبل موعد إغلاق الكونتر وإلا فإنهم لا يعطون فرصة لمن تأخر.. فتذاكرهم غير مستردة ولن يعوضوك بشئ فأنت لا خسارة عليك
وأنا قد مررت بكل ذلك في رحلة واحدة، فإنهم قد أصروا أن أدفع الوزن الزائد فقد دفعت ١٦٠ دولار للوزن الزائد، وأيضا في نفس الرحلة مع أن الطائرة قد تأخرت في الإقلاع من دلهي إلا أنهم في الترانزيت بالشارقة لم يريدوا الانتظار فقد دخلت لأتوضأ وأصلي حتى أنهم أغلقوا الكونتر ووقالوا قد تم إغلاقه منذ أقل من خمس دقائق ولم يريد المدير أن يدخلني مع أن الطائرة لا تزال موجودة ولم يمر الكثير من الوقت وأن الطائرة الأولى هي التي تأخرت ساعة بالكامل. وأنا وقت كتابة تلك السطور في مطار الشارقة أنتظر الطائرة التالية بعد دفع ٢٤٣ دولار أخرى للحجز الجديد إلى القاهرة.
It was the worst flight experience I have ever had, and I recommend staying away from these lines as much as possible, unless necessary. They give a chance to those who are late.. Their tickets are not refundable, and they will not compensate you with anything, as you have no loss
And I went through all that in one flight, they insisted that I pay the extra weight, for I paid $160 for the extra weight, and also on the same flight, although the plane was late in taking off from Delhi, but they were in transit in Sharjah, and they did not want to wait, so I entered to perform ablution and pray until they They closed the counter and said it was closed less than five minutes ago, and the manager did not want to let me in, even though the plane was still there and not much time had passed, and that the first plane was the one that was an entire hour late. At the time of writing these lines, I am at Sharjah Airport waiting for the next plane after paying 243 dollars again for a new reservation to Cairo.

They are Fraud. They show you cheap charges to book the ticket and then they cancel the ticket and keep telling you that we have refund your... Read more

They are Fraud. They show you cheap charges to book the ticket and then they cancel the ticket and keep telling you that we have refund your money in to your card which they will not do. And also telling you to check with your bank. They will send send you fake email that they refunded the money but you will never receive it.
This should be banned. if you call to the call center they will tell you that money will Transfer in 24 hours but you are calling every 24 hours they will tell you to call again after 24 hours.

I had booked 4 tickets through mytickets and due to change in plan spoke to the representatives who advised a refund if I cancel the ticket immediately and I did. After 2 month of follow up today they say that money can’t be refunded as charges are more than refund. The amount was AED 6k . Looks like these people just don’t care . I advise everyone to raise their voice against them to IATA and get their license revoked.

upon booking the ticket with the price desired and i also made sure not to add any extras on my ticket, unfortunately they have a trick on the ticking box of service charges, they automatically adds the service charge if you have made any mistake or what so ever, and you want to enter your data correctly and you did not give much of attention to details of these extras they will be added automatically, which i find it crafty from these type of companies so better off to directly purchase the ticket from the company airline much much better and would be exactly the same price. i did ask for the refund of the service charge and they told me they do not refund it even i dont need it, it was first time and last time never go cheap as it will turns out expensive.
