There are a number of rules you should know when you plan a flight for certain passenger categories.
Please contact Customer Care Service before booking the ticket. We will inform you whether trip for such passenger category is possible and what are the flight conditions in this case.
Flight of pregnant womenRegardless of your pregnancy stage, we recommend that you consult your doctor before the flight.
Women in their 35th week of pregnancy (or 32d week in case of twin pregnancy), and more, must show a medical certificate confirming the safety of their flight. The certificate must be issued no later than 7 days before departure.
Flight of passengers with special needsBoarding of passengers with special needs and their carers is arranged before the boarding of other passengers. Upon alighting, they are the last to leave the aircraft.
Upon check-in, the wheelchair may be included in the baggage; it is also possible to use the wheelchair offered by the airline during boarding and alighting.
The passengers with guide dogs can transport the dog in the cabin without surcharge. During flight, the dog must be muzzled, on a lead, and stay by the seat of the passenger. It is necessary to have a certificate confirming the special training of the guide dog.
