Change of date/route
For request on change of date/route you have to do the following:
- Mark the desired date and/or a new item of departure/arrival in the appropriate fields.
- In the "Comment" field you can select a desired flight or the right time.
- Click on "Submit Request".
- After receiving the calculation - to pay for the cost of the changes.
The information about change conditions and payment sum will be sent to Buyer's email in accordance with tariff rules of airline. Before the payment of this amount — tickets remain unchanged.
Pay attention! There are some cases when tariff rules do not allow changes of date and/or route.
In accordance with the rules of Mytickets.ae offer and acceptance agreement, any actions taken from the "My account" considered to be produced by the buyer personally. Responsibility for the accuracy of the data is assumed by the person who initiated the change in the ticket.
